1.Obama talks about the crisis and the importance of these dates with the history of th united estates and Elizabeth talks about the relation of the diferents countries of the commonwealth and the union from all the persons.
2.Obama focus on the sacrifice of the army,the troops and all the persons who are working for the nation.Obama talks too about heroims and freedom to prosper this nation for over two centuries.
3.Elizabeth focus on the soldiers of the united kingdom and the 60 aniversary of the commonwealth.She talks about the union of all the countries of the commonwealth and the good service of the england army to afganistan, for example.
4. Yes, in both of them talk about worldwide economic crisis but is Obama who thinks about this matter more than the queen of the unted kingdom.
1-the northamerica president talks about the U.S.A history and the important things in our life.
The queen talks about the brittish army and the commonweath.
2-Obama talks about the origin of the united states, whith some important dates and some actions that some important people in the evolution of U.S.A have done,for example,George Washington.
He talk about the peace and the family too.
3-she focus on the death soldier of the brittish army, and all the cuuntries of the common health.
4-the speeches talk about the crisis, but in my opinion they dont talk about it whit worry.

That´s it. Obamas focuses more on the economic crises and the Queen´s speech focuses more on the Commomwealth and its importance in the world today.

Pay attention to your grammar there are some mistakes. Remember that nationality adjectives in English are with CAPITAL LETTERS.
